How Do I Make an Appointment?

Individuals, concerned family members, and/or community professionals can schedule appointments by calling 612-824-3369. (Fax number 612-824-3574)

The best time to call for an appointment is between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM , Monday through Friday. Voicemail messages left during the weekdays will be returned within 24-hours.  Weekend calls will be returned on the first work-day of the following week. All calls made to Relationships are confidential.

Hours of Operation

Relationships is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM , Monday through Thursday, Friday 9 AM to 1 PM and Saturday by appointment only (10 AM to 1 PM). Appointments typically consist of a 50-minute session.

How Much Does it Cost?

A number of insurance and Health Management Organization (HMO) plans are accepted. Intake sessions are 275.00 per hour, family and individual sessions are  250.00 per hour and visitation exchanges are 50.00 per exchange.

Failure to Cancel/No Show Fee

Effective 09-20-2010, Relationships will charge a $50.00 Failure to Cancel Fee for failure to cancel within three hours of the scheduled appointment (this includes “no-shows”) Monday -Thursday. ** The fee is a $100.00 for a cancellation on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

When calling to cancel an appointment, if you are unable to speak to office personnel, please be sure to leave a voicemail.  If you are unable to speak with personnel and fail to leave a voicemail, you will be charged the $50.00 / $100.00 fee.  Fees must be paid prior to or on the date of your next appointment.

Relationships,llc will charge $25.00 to clients who fail to cancel their intake appointment without  communicating they are cancelling.

Please be advised, cancelation fees cannot be billed through your HMO and must be paid out-of-pocket.
